a drive belt causing misfire p0300

a drive belt causing misfire p0300
have a 06 civic with a p0300 checked all sys ok from ecm to compression ,swaped all injectors with new one ,new coils ,spark plugs,all control circuits running ok,the only thing left is the drive belt , the tensioner seems to be knocking and the belt jumping could it be that simple that a bad drive belt is causing misfire ,it looks like it looses its tension as it goes around causing the tensioner to release and engage causing the knocking sound ,
