I have $3000 and I'm looking for a Civic 92 or newer, manual transmission. and prefer hatch or vtec. Or an Accord non v6 94 or newer. Or Integra GSR or Prelude 92 or newer. I want manual, less or near 150,000 miles, decent interior and exterior, and no major problems. By decent I mean not gutted for drag racing, no huge rips, no major rust or major body damage. Has to have a NC title with no issues. I understand a 96 Civic with 145000 miles is not a new car but I can't afford a project. I am married with a daughter and I'm in college. That means every penny is accounted for. I am weary of those fiber reinforced cylinders. I like B and F series engines and I am ok with D series in hatches.

It's a broad but selective list but I have to have standards. Thanks
