Rep Power: 0 2000 civic si w/14k mile k20a3 rsx swap
Purchased this car from an insurance auction, listed as a theft recovery. B16 drivetrain, seats, spoiler, carpet, radio were all stolen. So, why put that slow b16 back in when i had a nice k20a3 out of a 2003 Acura RSX base model sitting around. This was a nice project, got more k20 swaps coming. Been driving this for the past 3 weeks everyday. So lets answer some questions you guys got.....
Title: I purchased the vehicle with a "salvage" title. I fixed the car, had a dmv investigator come out and inspected it. He approved the car to be placed back on the road in all states, and issued a "repaired" title. You don't need to do anything other than register, insure and drive, and that goes for all states.
Exterior: New Dupont Chromobase paint. Factory vin coded black metallic. Replaced the spoiler and added 18 inch Enkei's for a nice look. Rubber is about 90 percent.
Interior: Brand new black carpet, brand new JVC mp3/cd player, front seats from a 2000 civic ex, interior is really clean, one small blemish on inside passenger door. Aftermarket shift ****.
Drivetrain: k20a3 from a 2003 Acura RSX base model with 14k original miles, motor, trans, shift linkage, new cv axles, avid mounts, jdm rsx ecu, hasport wiring, upgraded fuel release with Walboro 255 fuel pump. A/c was removed as well as power steering, but its all together in the trunk for those of you who are interested in driving this car like little old ladies.
Asking $7950.
