K20Z3 head complete
K20Z3 Cylinder head came off of a 2006 Civic SI engine with 30k Miles. Head and components are still in great condition. Listing comes with Cylinder head with valves, springs, cams, rockers, Head cover and trim, VTEC solenoid. Also comes with Exhaust Manifold and cover, Intake manifold with Throttle body, all 4 Injectors, fuel rail, all 4 Coils, Engine Wiring harness, and Head bolts which are used but still good
