seriously... just put it on ebay like you said you would two weeks ago.
Nevermind... my bad.
It needs modification- you just need to de-pin your 01-02 cluster and stick the pins in the correct slot on the new connector. Not too hard, takes a little time, but def very doable.

hehe Thanks Triz ... Yeah I already have it on it ebay and this is the 3rd time i put it on .. Surprisingly no wnats this cluster anymore .. and when i was looking for it ... it took me 5 months !!!
