I decided to put these up for sale on the regular sales forums


There tein basics for 03-05 model. They come with 04 top mounts already installed so its a direct swap. You dont have to waste time dissembling your stock shocks.

Ragingspam did the install on these. They come with the coilover wrench as well. i used them for around 2000miles before i decided to sell my car.

I'm asking $600 shipped within the 48 states comes with $600 insurance shipped via UPS.

are there any rusts on them? and how are the conditions of the threads? still nice and easy to adjust them?

i bought them off another member. He crashed his car before he could install them. There's no rust on the threads at all. I live in southern california so they haven't been through snow and i took them off before it even started raining.

i'll try cleaning it up a bit and take some closer pics of the threads. Threads are perfect though.

i was wondering if tein basics would sag or lose the stiffness after some usage

Sorry for the late reply. I've been really busy. I'm in the process of selling my civic too. I can't ship to that site since its a PO BOX. I did get the freight quote finally, its $150 ground to canada. But you have to pay for all the taxes and duties.

I can go $650 shipped. I'm also selling it locally, so local has priority.

As for the sagging, the reason people recommend tein over the others is because of there higher quality versus some of the alternative manufactuers. They didn't sag when i used them and i noticed a huge difference improvement in spring strength in the teins over my neuspeed springs. Neuspeed sux by the way, they started stagging after 6months.
