Has white on black like the stock 01 civic cluster, and backlight can be changed to any color with led bulb from superbrightleds.com. BONUS: I will include a free blue led bulb in addition to the stock bulb it comes with. Numbers and needle light up reverse style, not like crappy autometer. You can use multiple leds to make it brighter if you want.
