PIAA h4 bulbs 4 sale---Like title says they are brand new in box and still even have an $80 price tag on them!!I know someone needs some dope *** bulbs!!Looking for like $35 obo!!!Oh yeah they are a blueish color!!!Thanks

Yes it is the top one--Extreme white-everythings the same except wattage!!
