Anything is possible as long as you have a right hook up. The motor designated for folding is already built in the mirror. Just the matter of how to hook it up with the right circuit.
Hey! Anyone wants 03 tails and folding mirrors!?

Seems like its gonna be pretty hard to custom make the power folding mirrors to fold wit a press of a button. I saw this on ebay, its off a 94-97 accord and the switch and harness looks really close to ours!!!! even the pins inside!!! I need to contact the Japan dealers and see if they have the switch and relay for sale. Hoping it wont cost too much?? Here are the pics............

Yes, the motor is inside. I tried that by connecting to a 12v source. There is one easy way to find out. Check if your mirrors harness has 5 metal pins or 3. If there are 3 like all USDM Civics, you get only power mirrors. If there are 5, you either have heated mirrors or power folding. The pin settings is like this:
A
BCDE
C,D, & E are for mirrors while A & B are for power fold.
dru106, maybe you can consider using 555 timer IC. Calculate the time required for the folding and unfolding actions. Hook the circuit up with 2 relays.... say is always easier than doing

That sucks!!! The only reason is the size of the parcel. Caucasian Asian and CivicPraning2k1's taillights would take longer time to deliver. I'd better shrink the box to be smaller than 17x17x17 inch.

Its just the side were the mold excess is, doesnt look like it will be a big deal. For those of you that have already done this, what did you use. Razorblade, sandpaper ? I dont want to overdue it and cause a hole were water will leak.
