hey guyz i m a newbie
wat diffirent between springs and coilovers? can i lower my car with those springs without the silver plates? or i'll need to get something else? and which one is better, the springs or coilovers? thanks guys

Springs you cant adjust, coilover you can adjust to any kind of height you want too

Springs are better quality and don't adjust. If you were to get these springs you would need shocks. I have H&R 1.3 drop on my car and i have factory shocks and with these there a 2.5 drop so you would scrap all the time if you didn't have shocks.
