okay i checked the H&R website, it is the same part number, so yeah they do fit the 2004 EX. I bought them for 175.00, so i want to get $85. they are like new. no scratches or cuts.

there something i should let you know that one headlight has a scuff mark on it about 1/2 inch. it happened when i was clearing the headlights. it is like a small smear, another person was going to buy it locally from me and he saw the headlights and he said it was fine becasue he could fix it or if he would put eye lids it would cover it up. another possible thing to do is just black out the headlights, then the problem is solved that way too. i don't have pics cuz i don't have a digital camera, but if you really need pics then i can use my friends camera, but that will take time. but like i said, the scuff mark is about 1/2inch. let me know what you want to do.
