01+ LX/DX (automatic) and possibly manual.
I think it fits the EX (automatic/manual) as well.
DESCRIPTION:
This came off from a 2001 Civic LX (automatic). The intake's appearance is in good condition with some few scuffs and "water spot" marks but it is hardly noticable from a far. Of course the intake's appearance does not affect the performance at all. There is a bracket that was suppose to be included which connects the intake to where the bolt near the var islve cove located (which supports the intake). I'm sure that you can improvise by buying a bracket at any home improvement store like Home Depot; it shouldn't cost as more than $10. Also the air filter is not included so you will have to purchase an air filter, they go as low as 99 cents on eBay with a decent shipping price. Below are some links to it:
