Progress front sway bar - for LX / DX

Progress front sway bar - for LX / DX I bought this bar last year - it is for an LX or DX. It will not fit the EX because of its design and interference with the cat. The only reason I am selling it is because I had to buy the newer designed one to clear my cat (I am installing a cat for a turbo) and to stop rattling of my magnaflow exhaust.
When I had a stock exhaust I had no problems at all. I am not sure if it will fit well with other exhausts, it did fit with my magnaflow - but I made the mistake of welding the pipes, and didn't align them properly, so I had a slight rattle. See the photo, it is the bar on the BOTTOM.
I am including BRAND NEW mounting hardware / bushings from Progress. Essentially this is like a BRAND NEW BAR - it is in excellent condition. Please make an offer and I'll see what I can do.....
