Why do you care how I feel, and besides I am not being an instigator, did you read the whole thread, apparently not because there are several people who paid several months ago, some about a yr. ago and have seen nothing. To me, they arent getting there money back unless they do something. And this guy hasnt even been on the internet in a long time, and he just makes excuses. Well you just said it in your post, "I dont want to take a chance". But yet you think this guy is honest because he sent one person's money back. No I didnt buy anything, but I hate when people get screwed over on the internet, because I have been screwed over before, I was screwed out of a $500 item.

All Im saying is, you start talking about kicking his ***, then i see the posts from the people who did buy start talking about kicking his ***, when all that is gonna do is make it worse. Thats all Im saying. It will cost them alot more to go to his house and beat his *** or steal and **** up his car, than the money they have lost. 1 guy got his money back, thats a start. NoOne here has talked to the seller. They are just assuming. Yes, there are alot of excuses from the seller. They could be true, they may not be. But him sending someones money back, makes it look like, atleast to me, that hes making an effort to correct this whole deal. And no I dont wanna take a chance right now in sending him money for a gas door, but Im goning to keep an eye on things and if this gets straightened out, Im definately gonna buy. You just say, hes a liar, go beat his ***, when you dont even know whats going on in his life. Thats all. If any of the buyers are gonna do anything, i suggest court, dont go to his house and do something youre gonna regret later on. Peace!

ok, it is the principal of it. It may cost more, but it will teach people not to rip other people off. only 1 person got there money back. Well there are a bunch more who havent seen or heard anything from him in a long time. And you said no one here has talked to the seller. And that is the main problem, he is never on, so no one knows whats going on. And everytime he did get on, he would make another excuse about his garage and what not, and he wouldnt repond to peoples PM's. I dont think anyone will regreat going to his house, some people sent this guy alot of money for parts he promised to have out before certain shows. My advice is read through the whole thread, I know it is 40 some pages, but look at how long some people have been waiting and what they have tried to do to contact the seller. They have gotten nothing. I would be mad as *** if I sent someone alot of my money and didnt receive anything or no response. And it makes it look suspicious when he comes on for a few hours and then disappears for weeks at a time.
And this guy hasnt been on since july 19, I think that is kinda suspicious. If he was trying to work things out, he should of come on here letting people know that. Most people feel hopeless cause they dont hear anything from him. And thats why they want to go to his house.

well, I see your side. But its easy for you to say kick his ***, because your not the one who will go to jail and pay his doctor bills. Going to his house is not a bad idea. Going there all worked up ready to whoop up on him or **** up his car is a mistake. Alot of people would just get in the car, go to his house and do something stupid before really thinking it through. And I have read the whole thread, it is ****ed up whats hes done. But is $300 worth going to jail, paying probably 3 times that for doctor bills, paying pain and suffering, and a police record, and still not having there parts ? Not to mention what you are going to put your family through while all of this is happening. You see what Im getting at? He said he got his money back aug 2nd, id wait a little bit. Has anyone got the email address from AZNRACR where he emailed from?

he isnt going to know who beat his ***. Besides most likely he wont go to the cops because he scammed people out of money and doesnt want the police knowing about that. 1 person got there money back, now there is still several more to go. And this has been going on for awhile. Since the beginning of january, and the people that have paid then, still havent heard from him. Even know he says it takes awhile to do this, it shouldnt take this long. I think to put it plainly, he scammed people.

Isnt going to know who beat his ***? #1 Im sure he knows what everybodys car looks like on here that he sold to. #2 if it does happen, whoever does it will brag to somebody. The cops cant do anything about him scamming someone over the internet. A law suit and going through the courts is the only thing that can be done legally. All hes got to say is he shippped it and it couldve got lost in the mail. Who are they gonna believe. Its his word against theres. Does anyone know what he is capable of? NO. Ive seen a few people mention beating his ***, and he has replied to it so Im sure he knows theres a chance someone may show up. You dont think hes prepared for that if he is a scam artist? Does he have a gun? Who knows. $300 worth losing your life over? I dont think so. Im not saying hes gonna shoot somebody, im not saying they shouldnt go to his house. But it needs to be thought through completely. And who says the person going over there isnt going to get there *** beat? He may be some big azz 300 pound fvcker. He may be having a party with a house full of people with him. You never know, I just dont feel that its worth it. If anyone decides to go there, just know the consequences before you do.

I just think myself and the other members involved directly should decide what we want to do. As you have no stake in this, I'd prefer it if you didn't jump on the people involved.

I would like to know if the other members want to seek legal action, and if so then we can try and make it a group effort.
