hm..haven't checked this in a while. i just want my eyelids i ordered back in january, but from the looks of it, looks like i wasted 40 bucks on this ****. i could have used that to pay some bills that im a little behind on right now.

2) even if he did file bankruptcy, he probably didn't put this in his bankruptcy list. Like you have to list all your credit cards and other debts that you want to file bankruptcy for which means he'll be liable.
3) eventually this guy is going to have to get a job have income coming in and he might have some valuable things under his name. So once you go to court and file a suit and the judge awards you (which will definitely happen if you guys all join together) the court can put a lean on his things or take money from his paycheck weekly.
I mean this guy is still making money on ebay as someone pointed out. That doesn't make any sense to me.
