2007 Civic Speakers Not Working?

2007 Civic Speakers Not Working?
So I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Civic 4 Door LX, and everything is great with the car, but the speakers has no sound. If I max the radio out, I can faintly hear sound come from the speakers. I went under the hood and the dash to check the fuses, but all the ones recommended to check seemed to be fine. Is there any way I can troubleshoot a bit more or any recommendations anyone has? The radio is stock, but i’m not sure if the previous owners modified the car or anything of that nature. Thanks everyone!

Does it have sound if you play a CD? How about with the AUX or USB (if equipped)?
Did you play with the settings on the radio? Fader and balance settings.
