Could be a few things. I would start by pulling the radio out and inspecting all the wires. Is it aftermarket or OEM?

Could be a wiring issue or internal radio issue. I would start by removing it from the dash and looking around. Maybe give the wires a wiggle and see if you can reproduce the issue. Give the radio a good shake.

I have the radio all out right now. No lose wires everything seems intact. Issue now is I have all the connections back in and no power to the radio at all right now...

I know of only under the dash 7.5 fuse...it’s good. This morning I was testing the radio it came on with no problem but immediately turned it off because I smelled electricity burning. Can’t win. I made sure all connections were back together properly
