This is the hud:
The model says Honda civic comfort 2014 hatchback.

My head unit is crapped out (some balupunkt thing) and screen is unresponsive.

I was wondering if I can put an android head unit how do I find out? Thanks

I don’t see why you couldn’t. Check out crutchfield.com for units that fit

Sounds like it is an aftermarket unit already so either get the same company so all the connectors are the same or you will have to pull the unit out and see what is left of the OEM wiring.

Is it an aftermarket one? I really don't know, in my country it's really common for manufacturers to do that kind of crap.

I can't seem to find the exact model on the site you provided, there is no hatchback version.
I know it is a European 2014 civic hatchback comfort, but the US models seem to be something else entirely.

If it doesn't say Honda on it I would think it is aftermarket. That is a US based company site, I didn't realize you were Europe.

Maybe a Junk or scrap yard?

Re: Is it possible to install an after market head unit in my car?

I found this one :
US $336.39 6%OFF | 8" HD 1024*600 Octa Core Android 8.1 Car DVD Radio GPS Navigation Player for Honda Civic Hatchback 2013 2014 2015 DVR Multimedia
https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/csNdTCYt

But I don't know if it fits, it's a bit pricey to just give it a go...

But It's a hit expensive to just take a leap of faith and give it a go.

I kinda have to be sure.
