No Electrical Flow

Replaced my car battery and now I have no power flow through my car. 2013 Civic, no previous issues but now I can't figure out what's wrong. We tried jumping it and nothing happened. even with the jump cables attached and power flowing through to my battery (you can hear/see the sparks if you remove the POS cable) no power flows to the car. No dash lights, headlights, radio, click noises nothing. What could be preventing the flow into my car?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
