Car is throwing a total of 3 codes
P1298 - Electric load detector (I will just buy a new one of these)
P0135
P0141
Guide I used to try and fix the matter.
http://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/hon...nostic-tests-1
With a jumper in and the pins making contact the voltage was constant... The voltage was reading correctly (at least I thought?) when you'd give it more gas what not. I even used a spare o2 sensor out of a friends car to try and trouble shoot it that way. Still no luck same error codes.
Can this all be related back to a load sensor?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: Need help, 2001 civic
Po135 and 141 relate to the heater circuits in the sensors, not the sensor output signals. Fuse 4 in the dash fusebox feeds both sensors..
Or the sensors could be bad... Ohm check sensor heater circuits and compare to specs, if you can find specs in a shop manual.... If you can find a shop manual, it should have complete troubleshooting guides for the codes.
There's a bulletin that says the ELDs had problems, just replace it and see if that code goes away.
