Help Please - rear power window problem

Hello Everyone,
I replaced my 03 civic right rear power window, still not working. The rest of the power windows work and can be controlled by the driver side switch and the local switch. I check the fuses underhood and #25 under dash (20A) - both were good. I measured the 5 wire connector going to the local switch (right rear power window). Both outer wires has 12 volts each (between the wire and ground/common). I believe the middle wire in this 5 wire harness is the common. I don't know what to do except try replacing the main power window switch and the local switch. I need expert guidance.
Thank you very much.

Re: Help Please - rear power window problem
You can swap the small window switch with another small window switch to try.
Wire diagram and voltmeter or test light, some time and patience.
Look for broken wires in the jamb harness...... Very common on well used rear doors, and a brand new replacement door harness is so cheap it isn't worth my time to patch one.
