Dashboard Gauges Not Working

All the gauges on my 2001 Honda Civic EX stopped working.

Need to fix asap.

Thinking it might be the fuse? Where do I find the Under Dash fuse panel??

its either under the dash drives side kick panel, or under the hood passenger side by the firewall. those are the only two places
