Rep Power: 0 Right turn signal out, replacing bulb did nothing.
I have a 1990 Honda Civic. Right after my brother replaced my brake light the turn signal next to it stopped working (really fast flashing on the dash lights, but nothing in the back). He replaced that bulb, but still nothing. The next day he came over to check the fuses and said they were fine. Before I take it to a mechanic I was wondering if you guys had an advice! I'm a noob when it comes to cars, so just ask if you need clarification on anything I've said!
Thanks!
Thanks!

You could have a blown fuse. Check the fuses under your hood and under the dash. They should be labeled. Hope this helps!
