Amp keeps shutting off..Please HELP!!!

Amp keeps shutting off..Please HELP!!!
My amp keeps shutting off and on. I have two 12' kicker L7's hooked up to a logic3000w amp with 4ga power wire. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this?

It works for about 30min then shuts off. I recently installed a rockford fosgate 200amp circuit breaker and it still shuts off. Yes, it goes into protection mode.The amp is brand new so idk what's the problem.

It's mounted on the side of my box. Well it might be getting too hot because yesterday it happened and it was 90 degrees. I will probably put mount a fan in my trunk
