What kind of box sounds the best/loudest in civics? Ported or sealed? If you have any pics feel free to post for ideas.

best may not be loudest and vice versa. a single 12" is plenty for a civic. i run a sealed box.

I understand that but some vehicles do not handle ported box's well at all. I am a ported box kinda guy personally. I was planning on doing 1 L7 12 ported to 35hz, with 750-800 watts. But I wanted to hear from you guys to see if ported or sealed do better in these.

i ran two 10s in sealed box, too much. went down to one, still too much. now i have none lol. depends what kind of music you like. if rap, get 12. if anything else, get 10.

it's a matter of personal preference. i've never heard a ported box i liked, in any car or any store. too boomy and not tight enough. again, personal preference.
