How do I make my blinkers/directionals flash quicker. Change the fuse size? Also should I black out headlights on a black civic or buy some black projectors?

Change them to LED's.

When you get behind a vehicle that is turning and there blinkers look like they are on crack. It is probably because the front blinker does not work.
Let me explain, the blinker (not the bulb) works off of resistance. So when you have one that is burnt out there is less resistance. Which in turn makes the remaining lights flash faster. When you switch your incandescent bulbs to LED's you drop the resistance, there for making them flash faster.

Now I have a question: Why would you want to make them flash faster? When I see someone with the fast flashers, I think what an idiot.
