Repair Wheel Abrasions

Hi all,

A few days ago I made a very slow turn while going through a shopping mall and hit the sidewalk curb which resulted in damaging part of the wheel with lesser damage on the tire. I have monitored it for several days and the tire does not seem to be losing air.

However, I would like to repair the damage on the wheel. How is this done?

I attached an image to the message via the attachments options in the message window. I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to give the link to the attachments page itself or the actual image so I chose the latter.

Re: Repair Wheel Abrasions

Basically, the curb damage is removed via dremel/sanding, then painted or machined, then clearcoated.

Re: Repair Wheel Abrasions

Thanks for the instructions. Since I have none of those things, I'll get prices to fix it.
