Please Help :/

I have recently purchased a 1999 Civic SI. The wheels didn't come with a lug nut lock removal tool. Does anyone know what kind this picture is? Or could tell me the best way to remove all of the lug nuts (16) . Thanks, im new to this website and driving in general.

Looks like you could put an allen wrench in there or they make lug lock removers like this: http://www.amazon.com/Advanced-Tool-.../dp/B000OUZBNC
