Civic 2001 rim question

Was wondering if I would be able to use a steel rim temporarily before I find a matching mag. Is this a safe thing to do? thanks.

I wouldn't recommend doing it on only one wheel - I'd do at least two wheels on the same end. Otherwise, the wheels could have different weights and screw up your alignment etc.
