Cool alignment

I was having my mechanic shop do an alignment on my 98 civic LX. They informed me that the rear adjusting bolts were stuck and that they were afraid the bolts would snap off. They said to remove the rear seat and carpet to access the inside nuts from above. When I did this, I could not see any access panels. Does anyone have any idea on this. Thanks for your help.

Re: alignment

im not sure but i dont think there are any nuts. when i was a alignment tech hondas were always frozen in the rear and i would pass on the rear because i didnt want to break the bolts. if its not out by much i wouldnt worry about it but thats just me.
