I'm planning to get a new set of tires and my friends suggested 2 sets for me.

1. Kumho Ecsta SPT
2. Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3

I'm driving a 02 Civic LX coupe dropped 1.5", the size I'm looking for is 215/45/17. I'm concerning on both price and performance, since Kumho is cheaper and Goodyear gives better performance, can someone helps me make up my mind?
