Slumper...Seat belt was fastened. I need to replace the buckle but it works. It is code 9-3 which just showed up last week. . And....I was looking at the road the entire time. Thanks however, for your concern.

Not actually concerned, maybe bit jealous.
Yea my Civic also is having the seat belt issue, plus the passenger window is going sooo slow to roll up.. Hate to pop that door panel off again, sure will need full set new fasteners now.

It has had the cluster swapped but it is still accurate to the body. Doesn't look bad but the rust has been getting worse

Slowboyz you can do it!! I really didn't do anything special... 4-5K mile oil changes, valve lash adjustment (1 time) new timing belts and water pumps, cleaned out the intake and egr ports, swapped out suspension parts. That's it. Good luck.
