RPM and Speed Chart for 7th Gen Transmissions

In the last few weeks I have seen a few posts asking about expected engine RPM at certain speeds. Using the transmission gear ratios found on another thread and stock tire sizes this info can easily be calculated. I have created a chart showing the speed in MPH for every 100 engine RPM from 500-7200. There is a separate table for the auto transmission (EX/LX are the same) and for all the manual transmissions (DX/LX, EX, HX, and Si). All trims are USDM. If you notice any mistakes let me know.

Stock tire sizes used:

Gear ratios used:
DX/LX 5M
1st----3.462
2nd----1.87
3rd----1.241
4th----0.97
5th----0.711

2nd----1.75
3rd----1.096

Does something like this exist for automatic transmissions?

Automatic transmissions are included in the post. I don't know how the post title changed to "for Manual Transmissions". The first chart is titled EX/LX 4A, four speed automatic. Keep in mind these will only be accurate when the torque converter is locked.

Re: RPM and Speed Chart for 7th Gen Transmissions

Hate to come off as a little pesky, but I don’t see one for the DX auto. Unless it’s the same the EX/LX. But those have the D17A2, as apposed the D17A1. Unless it makes no difference.

Plan on having my car seen at transmission place real soon for a free inspection. Just trying to soak as much information as possible.

That other stickied thread on transmissions was very helpful. The one where wrencher took apart an auto tranny. Just wicked.

I have stock 15" wheels on my 05 EX 4sp Automatic and this is exactly what I get. Just under 3,000 rpm.s at 80 mph.
