this steering looks very similar to the one in my 04 civic coupe. i like the feel of my current steering, but hate the lack of audio controls in the wheel. i bought the pioneer remote, but unfortunately the IR couldn't connect while attached to the wheel. and if i wanted to lift my arm up high to press buttons, i wouldn't need the remote.

questions:
is the crv steering wheel the same size as the ones in the civic?

and if i get my steering replaced at a reputable auto shop, will it screw up my steering? it has the perfect balance atm. it feels connected to the wheels, yet very light.

also, will airbag be enabled? or do they have to disconnect it since the steering wheel was designed for a different car?

sorry if i have poor grammar. been lacking sleep in the past 3 days, though the lowercase is due to me being lazy.


actually i found another solution from an 05 crv..


i just can't tell what the buttons are for the audio ones.. maybe they would fit on the civic column?

Does anyone have an answer to this question? i wouldnt mind hearing the answer being that im pretty much in the same situatuion with the same car (04 vic). not the steering wheel i was planning on, but if it will get me audio controls at the wheel i dont mind it.
