Stock engine?
Which model: DX, LX, EX?
Is there a climate control with a/c switch? Evaporator core under dash?

You probably need a donor car with a complete, working AC system, preferably one that has already been converted to R134a.

That may complicate things. Did that engine/car use the same compressor?

I did a swap long ago....Integra DOHC into a 93ish Civic coupe....original compressor holes didn't all line up on the new engines mount correctly, and the original mount didn't fit the new engine. Seems like the engine came with a compressor attached and it didn't fit up with the cars hoses either. I wasn't paid to make the AC work, soooooo
