94 civic cranks when cold no start unless gas pressed
No start when cold just cranks unless gas held new tps map pcv coolant fan switch new hoses has skunk 2 intake an throttle body hAs no fit valve d16y8 iacv does nothing when I unplug it have bleed cooling system new fuel filter an spark plugs

That indicates that the charging system is functioning...
You won't be looking for Voltage though, you will need to test for amperage.
Voltage is like the size of a doorway, amperage is like how many people are running through that door to push an object.
So if your crank shaft needs to be pushed you could have a large door (13.9V), but only a few people (amperage)are trying to run through and push the starter/crankshaft.
Usually though, if voltage is that high the amperage should be fine, but If you can swap in another battery with the same CCA rating on it, then test, just to be sure.
