rotational speed tumble down

Hi
I have a problem with my honda civic 2004. When I stop pushing down the gas pedal, the rotational speed tumbles down and the motor shuts down. My engine alarm check (alarm light) has been recently.

Start here.

See why the Check Engine Light has come on.
Have the fault codes read and post the code number(s) here.

And check the oil, make sure it is at the proper level.

rotational speed - tachometer, which measures engine RPM - Goggle translator fails again... not about you, hamed, it's about goggle translator or whichever translator program you used
