Starting problem. PlZ help
I have a 93 civic. Stock 1.5. In the morning I go to start the car when I turn the key to the on position the check engine light comes on and stays on. And the car will not start. When I tinker with the main relay or the fuel pump it will start. But when the car starts and I turn it off. Go to restart turn key in on position check engine light comes on and shuts off then the car will start. Anybody know why that is??? Been trying to figure out for a whole now.

Might not be Fuel related at all.. Is the car a manual or Automatic Transmission.. when its doing this is the car Actually turning over or is it just silent ? If is doing this. If its a Manual you may have a bad Clutch sensor and can easily be buy passed.. give us some more info ..
