Hey guys im new to this forum and I searched for the answer to my question but it is a little more specific. Hopefully you can help me with you knowledge. I have a 91 civic hatchback and I bought it with a fart can exhaust on it. It starting to get annoying and I was thinking about doing a full exhaust with an si muffler on it. My first question is, will a newer generation si muffler fit on my car (minor modification is ok)? Also are the si mufflers less restrictive than a non-si civic muffler?

It's all about pipe size, unless you give us the size of your current popcorn maker, we can't tell you anything. Go and measure it with some measuring tape, or get the circumference and look up the Circumference to Diameter formula, once you get the Diameter, search the Diameter of the si muffler, if they are the same then it will fit. If they are not, you will need to get a new mid-pipe.
