1990 Civic 1.5 Rad Cap PSI?

1990 Civic 1.5 Rad Cap PSI?
After researching the forums, I'm still confused about what PSI my radiator cap should be. Autozone keeps selling me a .9 metric which converts to about 12.8 PSI. Is this correct, or should it be a 15 PSI cap.
Also should the overflow cap have a rubber seal to be vacuum tight or is it just plastic on plastic, Thanks Kevin

Overflow bottle only needs the hose connections to be air tight (sealed), not the cap. If the bottle itself was sealed, it would try to blow up like a balloon as coolant is pushed in and out of it.
Actual spec sheet says 11-15 PSI cap pressure test spec for a 1990. So the 0.9 should be ok.
Really though, any standard radiator cap that fits the radiator should suffice, ~13-16 PSI. Any that holds pressure is better than none at all.
Walking down the row of cars in the shop at the moment, all caps say 1.1 (BAR). All are 2000 and newer.
