In what car?
Any one will point to getting new suspensions, there is a ton of threads so look around.
For road noise anything from better tires to sound damping.

We basically have the same ride. As far as road noise, a lot has to do with the tires your using. I run cheap stock 14" wheels and tire in the winter months and 17" wide aggressive street tires in the summer. And there is a big difference between the two.
Engine noise isnt to bad for me, I kind of like hearing that buzz
There was a big improvement in handling with my 17" wheels and 205/40ZR tires. You can do your research and find what kind of suspension you might like. Aside from that, its what you like. Good luck man!!!
