93 Civic DX Hatchback
93 Civic DX Hatchback
Hey,
So I'm having a bit of difficulty with a few parts for a 93 DX.
I just acquired it. It's not much to look at and I am hoping to not have to put too much money in it, but I am willing to spend what is necessary.
Having purchased it I was aware of certain things that would need replacing.
So I headed out to the local pick n pull, and pulled some mirrors(1 mirrored civic xD), and a muffler off of a 95 Civic Sedan.
I am already aware the mirrors are incompatible. (SR1 vs SR3)
But I am having issues finding out whether the muffler I pulled is compatible without pulling the old one out and trying the new one. (We ran out of time tonight) So basically, I am curious what (if any) 92-95 Civics have mufflers that are compatible with a 93 DX.
I am hoping to figure this out so I can head back to pick n pull knowing whether to bring the muffler back or not.
For more detailed information.
The one I have is a 18030-SR1-505 and the one for a hatchback is a 18030-SR0-505 are there any differences between these two that would make it unusable (other than the longer exhaust pipe)

Any muffler off any 92-95 hatchback or coupe will fit on your hatch. go here and you should find everything you need for a reasonable price. http://www.andysautosport.com/honda/1992_1995_civic/
