dont know about any coilovers for under $675, but i know of springs that give a 1.75" drop for $160. megan racing lowering springs, good quality, great price. andys auto sport.com will give you everything you could need

Progress CS-II - they come in between $550-600 depending on where you order from and are exceptional quality, manufactured by the same company who produces TRD suspension products for Toyota.
