I received a 94 DX as my first car and I had a few questions. The whole car besides the head lights and stereo is stock. It has about 180K miles on a manual trans. Have had some light popping noises coming from the car when I go to stop, I have no idea what this would be. Checked the shocks and they seem to be good. Also, does anyone know anything about replacing the pins in the window cranks?

When you say popping, is it when you brake or downshift? Sometimes downshifting can cause the car to backfire which is a popping noise. This is often due to burning too rich or your timing is off.
