im in the process of selling my 95 civic ex sedan and im gonna get a 93 hatch and a 94-95 b18c1 with 80k on it, im gonna post my questions here as i come up with them, thanks in advance for your help!!!

Questions:

1)can i swap the head of the b18c5 onto the b18c1 and approx how much hp would that make and approx how much would it cost?

Engine possibilities:
B18c1
B20 with gsr vtec head
B18b1 with a vtec head

Mention anyothers that might be good for me, I would like to spend no more then 2k but of course as always the less the better but i dont wanna cheap out on this and have to do it twice, but I would like to start with a stock engine and leave some room for upgrading in the future, my goal is to boost the car and get around 3-400hp but still be able to daily drive it,

also reccomend a good brake/suspension setup to go with, again I would like to be able to daily drive, some occaisonal drag and autox but more autox

if I were you i would save your money and have the head of the b18c1 ported, polished, 5 angle valve job with titanium retainers and throw some ITR cams in it and get more HP for less money. thats my .02

After talking to a few people im not so sure about a gsr now, but im gonna edit my ideas into the original post
