d16z6 Crank Pulley/ Harmonic Balancer
My crank pulley started vibrating while driving. I took it apart only to find I couldn't. the bolt that goes in the crankshaft was w completely stripped and the woodruff key an the slot for it on the crankshaft was no more. some idiot in the past put the bolt on like 1/2 a thread and impacted it instead of staring it by hand until you couldnt anymore. now i know that a correct repair is to replace the crank but the car doesnt have that kind of value i need a simple solution to this problem such as welding/jb welding the key since the chunk iof metal missing can no longer hold the key.

Looks like you need a crank, a bolt, a key, and a harmonic balancer. And probably more, to make it right.
You have to be able to get that big bolt tight-- but most of the threads would seem to be damaged, and any patches you make to the keyway won't last if the bolt can't be properly torqued. The harmonic balancer will slip again.
