Needing Parts..thanks to plow
Needing Parts..thanks to plow
...playing tidily wink with a manhole cover...
I need a right side panel (behind door to over wheel well... back panel is fine).
The problem is that I'm getting >$2000 repair quotes and the City of Cary wants to offer me $300... I have lots of cash in this baby...every possible upgrade under the hood Short of Turbo (I have teenagers...NO WAY). She was in perfect condition --sure I was troubleshooting decreased mpg but I think that it just needs to go on the Dyno once this repair is finished.
Several years ago I had to replace the rack and pinion because an idiot ran directly into my front axle...of course it officially "totaled" the vehicle. NC is such a backward state...they won't give more than half the lowest possible blu book for a vehicle since it is officially a salvage title (you don't think I'd let the insurance company have my sweet SI, do you?)
Any good sources? Thanks!
