Rust by the left and right side corner of bumper screws

Ok, i have a 1992 honda civic lx and rust was on my car for the longest. it didnt bother me until the right side corner of the bumper screw came off because of the rust. will i be able to fix that?

That rust probably goes all the way underneath and beyond. There is a lot more rust there than meets the eye, and it will cost A LOT of money to fix it properly. You can probably patch it up so the bumper stays on.
