Transmission or Clutch?
Hey fellas, got an issue: my 4th gear, sometimes it catches but most of the time it don't. I feel the clutch "spinning" when I'm in the spot, but it doesn't engage the gear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What the car will do is act like it is in neutral, rev up like if it's in neutral. I'll try to force it into gear, but it'll grind, if it don't catch at all.

Sounds like a syncro issue. If it was the clutch you would have problems in all gears.

Do any of the other gears grind. It could possibly be a shift linkage fault or synchros.
