94 wheel bounce and brake problem

I just drove my civic down to college and am now having problems with it.

Background its a 94 ex with 165k
Took it in for a free inspection and I was told it needed a new axel, it was clicking/squeeking so I agreed and paid for it. I overheard the mechanic who worked on it saying he has to tighten the lug nuts to there specified torque to make it stop. It started happening again the next day, so I inspected it myself and found grease every where (driver side wheel only, hence its the one with the problems). I thought it was caliper grease or something but now I'm sure its from the CV boot, there was even grease on the new boot. I then put the wheel back on with just 2 lug nuts and rotated it, I could hear it squeek every time it passed one spot, I took the pads off and the caliper and check em over, I put them back on and rotated the rotor and noticed it was not perfectly smooth, warped I guess would be the right term. The pads hit a certain spot every time, both the pads and the rotor have plently of life left in them.

So almost every time I brake it squeeks in a rythmic fashion starts fast then slows down and the car does. Also randomly when im driving it starts to squeek and I have to hit the brakes and it will stop.

Now onto problem 2, hehe. Check engine light came on a couple of times after the car had been siting over night, they checked it and said it was the O2 sensor, weird though that if the car was warm it wouldn't do it.

Problem 3, so during my 900 mile trip there were points where I thought my car had no power, as in i'm going 70 along what looked like a flat piece of land and the accelerator is bottomed out, yet im losing speed. Weird
so near the end of my trip I notice my car feels alil weird, I give it some gas and it just sounds different. So I go to the rest area and check all the fluids, they were all good. Then when I'm driving off I notice my car seems to make a weird hobble during acceleration. 50 miles from my school I can tell my cars alil goofed, I give it has and it makes a deeper sound then normal. I was thinking if the O2 sensor was off its getting a rich or lean mixture of fuel maybe.

I take it to the shop and they say ya u need a new O2 sensor but this ones rusted on so theres a chance it will strip and ur gonna need a whole new manifold, so I tell them I'll wait to they actually have on it stock.

I leave right as they close, then I'm driving home and realise that my driver side wheel woobles/jumps/shutters, it literally feels like its bouncing. This happens from like 2-4k at lower speeds. But it stables out after awhile.

So my brakes are wack, I need a new O2 sensor, and my driver side wheel is goofed, and when I accelerate my engine sounds deeper than normal

Neone help =(
